I just watched this and now my face is sopping wet with tears of snotty laughter and my throat is sore from the heaving coughs of sudden gulpy giggles. Holy heavens, I knew John Cleese was funny but this is utter brilliance!! Please, enjoy. (And then try your own silly walk. Hopefully you won't need government funding to make it better.)
